AROOJ TRADING & TECH SOLUTIONS L.L.C. ("AROOJ", "we", "our", or "us") operates arooj.qa and related platforms. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, process, and protect personal data in line with Qatar Law No. (13) of 2016 (Qatar PDP Law), the GDPR, and other applicable standards.

We collect the data needed to respond to enquiries, run projects, and enhance arooj.qa:

- Project inputs: briefs, references, technical requirements, and related documents you share.
- Usage data: site interactions, device characteristics, city/region, and referral sources. We aggregate analytics whenever possible.
- Support logs: diagnostic information captured during incident resolution or maintenance.
